Art. 9 Our Commitment

We will ensure that the necessary steps are taken to notify the Privacy Commission of the breach in question within 72 hours after becoming aware of it, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of the individual (Art. 32-34 GDPR).
